SuperMimo account deletion request
This page is the SuperMimo account deletion request page required for Google Play. You can delete your account in the app or submit a verified request here.
1. Delete in the SuperMimo app (recommended)
- Open the SuperMimo app and sign in.
- Go to Me → Settings.
- Tap Delete account, confirm, and the account is permanently closed.

2. Delete via this website (identity verified by email code)
Enter the email address linked to your SuperMimo account. We send a one-time code. After you submit the code, if an active account matches that email, we run the same deletion pipeline as the app.
3. What we delete
- Account profile (email, phone, nickname, avatar, handle, bio)
- Uploaded source images and reference assets
- Generated works / outputs and generation job records
- Personal gallery / library items and related interaction records (likes, favorites, reports, usage)
- Sessions, login tickets, notifications, and app memberships
4. What may be retained (and for how long)
- Payment / ledger records (orders, transactions, credit ledger events): retained as required for financial, tax, fraud, and legal compliance. These rows keep opaque IDs only — personal contact fields on the user profile are cleared.
- Private content deletion window: after account deletion, private source/generated images are permanently deleted within 90 days (backups may linger briefly for disaster recovery).
- Public Explore shares: removed from public areas and permanently deleted within 90 days after unshare or account closure.
- Handle tombstones: former handles may be reserved for a period so they cannot be immediately reused.
- Security / abuse logs: limited technical logs may be kept for security investigations as permitted by law.
5. Processing path
In-app deletion and this verified web form both call the platform account-destruction service, which also notifies product lines (SuperSticker / SuperPhotos) to purge product data. A request record is stored for audit. If deletion fails after verification, privacy@supersticker.app is notified for manual follow-up.
Google-only / Apple-only sign-in: use the email associated with that identity if present on the account, or delete from inside the app while signed in.
