SuperMimo data deletion request (keep account)

Use this page to request deletion of some or all of your data without deleting your SuperMimo account. For full account closure, use Delete account or the in-app Settings flow.

How to submit

1. Enter the email linked to your account.
2. Send and enter the verification code (proves control of the inbox).
3. Select the data categories to delete and optionally add details.
4. We queue the request for processing (typically within 30 days) and notify our privacy inbox.

中文：填写账号邮箱 → 获取验证码 → 勾选要删除的数据类别 → 提交。不注销账号；通常 30 天内处理。

What stays

• Your login account remains active unless you also use the account deletion page.
• Payment / ledger records may be retained for legal, financial, tax, or security reasons.
• Content required for ongoing security investigations or legal holds may be retained for the necessary period.
