Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SuperMimo (“we”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the SuperMimo app, supermimo.app, and related platform services for SuperSticker and SuperPhotos. We only collect data necessary to provide the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email (including verification-code sign-in), phone if provided, nickname, avatar, handle/bio, and identifiers/email obtained when you sign in with Google, Apple, or other providers.
• Uploaded and generated content: source / reference images you upload and Outputs we generate (stored in object storage; private by default).
• Gallery / Space / social records: personal library items, likes, favorites, reports, and related activity needed to run product features.
• Transaction information: orders, payment status, amounts, and credit ledger events. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor and never stored by us.
• Technical logs: basic request logs (IP, time, errors) for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

• Provide and maintain the Service (sign-in, generation, credits, history, Space/Explore where you choose to share);
• Process orders, refunds, and billing disputes;
• Send necessary account and order notifications;
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed for:

• Payment processing with our payment processor;
• AI generation: your uploaded source image is submitted to third-party model providers solely to complete the requested generation, not for their model training or other purposes;
• Legal requirements: disclosure required by law, subpoena, or government request.

4. Storage, sharing, and retention

Source images and private Outputs are visible only to you when signed in, unless you choose to share.

When you share a generated image to Explore / a public collection:

• that generated image becomes publicly visible;
• the source image remains private;
• you can unshare or delete; once unshared it is no longer shown publicly.

After account deletion (in-app or via Delete account):

• account profile fields are cleared and sessions revoked;
• private source/generated images are permanently deleted within 90 days (disaster-recovery backups may linger briefly);
• public Explore shares are removed from public areas and permanently deleted within 90 days;
• payment / ledger records may be retained for legal, financial, tax, fraud, or security reasons (opaque IDs; personal contact fields on the profile are cleared);
• handle tombstones may reserve former handles for a period; limited security/abuse logs may be kept as permitted by law.

Partial data deletion without closing the account can be requested at https://supermimo.app/delete-data (typically processed within 30 days).

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to / restrict processing. Practical channels:

• In-app: Me → Settings → Delete account
• Web account deletion: /delete-account
• Web data deletion (keep account): /delete-data

6. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. If we learn we collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
