Terms of Service

Welcome to SuperMimo (“SuperMimo”, “we”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SuperMimo mobile application, the website at https://supermimo.app, and related platform services that power SuperMimo and its product lines SuperSticker and SuperPhotos (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); (b) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

1. Description of the Service

1.1 What we provide

SuperMimo is an AI-powered image creation platform: you upload a photo (your “Input”), pick a style or flow (for example stickers, hair restyle, or other SuperPhotos tools), and we generate an image (the “Output”). The Service is delivered as software-as-a-service over the internet and via the mobile app.

1.2 Nature of the Service

The Service is a digital, intangible product. Once a generation job completes you can view and download the Output within the Service. Because of instant digital delivery, refunds are limited as described below. Successful generations deduct credits; failed generations are not charged, and any credits already deducted for a failed job are refunded to your balance.

1.3 Third-party AI models

The Service uses third-party AI models. Availability and output quality may depend on those providers. We do not guarantee specific output quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may adjust, replace, or add models as needed without naming each change in advance.

The Service uses a credit system. Credit packs, prices, and payment methods are shown at checkout and in the wallet. Purchased credits (one-time top-ups) are generally valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise; unused credits may lapse after that period and are non-refundable except as required by law or as listed below.

Payment card data is handled by our payment processor (PCI-DSS) and is never stored on our servers. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include unused credits within 7 days of purchase, duplicate charges caused by billing error, and mandatory consumer rights in applicable jurisdictions (which may end once Output is first delivered).

4. AI content and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, Output generated from your Input belongs to you for lawful use (personal or commercial) consistent with Section 5. By submitting Input you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and generate solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models, and will not provide it to third parties for their own purposes, without your explicit consent.

AI Output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it, and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights (including likeness and IP).

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Report abuse to abuse@supersticker.app. We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days and complete an initial review within 7 business days. Confirmed violations may result in removal, suspension, or termination; credits spent on removed violating generations are not refunded.

6. Data, privacy, and deletion

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account in the SuperMimo app (Me → Settings → Delete account) or via https://supermimo.app/delete-account. You may request deletion of some or all data without closing the account via https://supermimo.app/delete-data.

After account deletion, private source/generated images are permanently deleted within 90 days (backups may linger briefly). Payment/ledger records may be retained as required for financial, tax, fraud, and legal compliance. Public Explore shares are removed from public areas and permanently deleted within 90 days after unshare or account closure.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI output may be wrong; do not rely on it for professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Term, law, and changes

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. These Terms are governed by the laws of the merchant’s place of operation. Before formal proceedings, contact legal@supersticker.app to attempt informal resolution.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
